We roll-form gutter and downspout to the exact lengths your job needs, in nine metals: copper, Freedom Gray, zinc, stainless, galvanized, and Pac-Clad / Una-Clad Kynar steel and aluminum.
- K-style: 5″, 6″, 7″ seamless custom lengths; non-traditional sizes in 10' sections
- Half-round: 6″ custom lengths, 5″ in 10' & 20', European 6″ copper
- Box gutters & historical reproductions for restoration work
- Downspout in custom lengths: 3×4, 4×5, and 4″ round smooth or corrugated
- Heavier stock than typical supply houses: .032″+ aluminum, 24-ga steel

Metal Roof Panels
Long-lasting, low-maintenance, and surprisingly low life-cycle cost. Panels are formed to custom lengths so your roof has no unnecessary end laps.
- Materials: 16 oz / 20 oz copper, 16 oz / 20 oz Freedom Gray, 24-ga Kynar steel, .032 Kynar aluminum
- Profiles: 1″ double lock (12–24″ o.c.), 1.5″ double lock (12–24″ o.c.), 1.75″ snap lock (12–22″ o.c.)
- Oil-canning control: tension-leveled coils, float-designed clip layouts, and optional pencil-ribbing or striations
- Curved and radius panels for barrel roofs and canopies

Valley
Our standard W-valley is formed from 24″ coil with a 1¼″ peak and ½″ hems — and that's just the default.
- W-valley, V-valley, and hemless valley
- Almost any width, almost any peak height, split-pitch — and any combination
- 10' lengths standard; 8' in copper

Waterjet Cutting
Our high-pressure waterjet cuts directly from the CAD file — no heat distortion, no tooling charges, no cutting error. It's the engine behind our own fabrication, and it's available for yours.

- Production runs: repeatable parts, cut to identical tolerance every time
